What's included

Two full 60-minute 1:1 sessions every month, mentorship or coaching depending on what you need
Direct access to me via Telegram between sessions, for the moments that can't wait two weeks
Messages are answered within 24–48 hours on weekdays — this is ongoing support, not a 24/7 crisis line
