How this works.

After a decade studying how the mind creates our reality, and another decade working hands-on through the body, I arrived at a simple conclusion: limitation starts in the mind. The subconscious sets the pattern. The body stores it. You can release things through the body, and sometimes that’s the right door. But the faster, more lasting route is to change the pattern at its source—and let the body follow.

The pattern lives in the mind first. The body reflects it. Change the source, and the body follows.

Through guided conversation, we dig into the beliefs, identity, and stories that are running your life. I ask the questions most people won’t ask—and I listen for what’s underneath your answers. Your body helps too: your mind might say you’re fine, but your body tells me what’s actually going on. Between the two, we find exactly where the block lives.

Once we’ve found the root, this is where hypnotherapy and NLP come in. These tools let us work directly with the subconscious—rewiring the beliefs and emotional charges that have been running your decisions without you knowing it. This is where the real change happens, at the level where the pattern actually lives.

I’m a coach and mentor who has spent over twenty years studying why people stay stuck—and building a methodology that actually moves them. The first decade was the mind: yoga nidra, meditation, consciousness. The second was the body: somatic therapy, Ortho-Bionomy, hands-on healing.

I don’t share that for sympathy. I share it because everything I teach, I’ve lived. That’s how I know what works and what actually sets you free.
